70s silky brown dress with belt

This is quite possibly a vintage 70s dress. (No tag, so I’m not 100% sure.) Silky elbow length sleeve dress with wrap-belt. No tags or labels in it. It fits me and is slightly large. I am 5’7, 130lbs, and about a size 6/8 in dresses. Length: 35.5” Shoulders: 18” Width at armpits: 20.5” Width at hips: 20.5”
