70s vintage bicentennial 1976 crop top size small

Pit to pit: 13.5” Elastic band is 7” and stretches to 17” This was found at an estate sale in California. I’m a 30” bust and it’s a little too big on me, it kept falling off one of my shoulders. As much as I’d love to keep this, it deserves to be worn by someone it fits right! Let me know if you have any questions or if you want more pics :)
