70's vintage tunic & pants leisurewear set

immaculate striped mock turtleneck/cowl neck 3/4 length sleeve striped blouse and brown high waisted trousers with an elastic waistband. pants have a flare leg. comes with a matching yellow belt. fabric is a poly blend. no tag size but would best fit a size small/medium measurements taken with garment lying flat double where appropriate top: 19"-21" pit to pit 18"-19 1/2" waist 25" length pants: 13"-16" waist 19 1/2" hips 12" rise 28" inseam 29"-32 1/2" belt
