70s/80s Verona Dress and Vest Set

70s/80s two piece dress and vest set by Verona. The dress is cream on top and navy blue on bottom with three buttons up the front and a collar. There are belt loops on the waist but there is no belt, and the waist is elastic and has quite a bit of stretch. The vest is navy blue with a symmetrical pattern of holes just in the front and solid back. Tag on the vest reads Union Made ILGWU AFL-CIU #744236, which was the label between 1955 and 1995. Dress is soft and very well made with no flaws to note! Measurements taken lying flat. Bust: 19.5" (not stretched) Waist: 15" and comfortably up to 20" Hips: 21.5" Length: 44.5"
