70s/80s Vintage Lady Arrow Funky Floral Blouse with oversized collar. Excellent condition. Gorgeous Asian inspired floral print. Button front. Two button cuffs. The colors just pop off this brown, tan and black background. Square hem. Vintage size 14 is smaller in modern size. Please review measurements. I would say this is similar to modern M/L. 19.5" pit to pit 25" shoulder to hem 22.5" shoulder to cuff 15" shoulder to shoulder **Poshmark introduced new buyer fees on 10/3 that greatly affect lower priced items.
