Vintage 1970’s to early 80’s dress. Sheer black fabric with beautiful flower print. Elastic waist isn’t as strong, but it’s not blown out either. It features a cowl neckline and unique slits on each side of the skirt. It’s super cute worn with black high waisted pants or legging, or a slip.
