mellyelly @lisathewes there’s great YouTube videos on the subject! I would suggest a sugar scrub, you can make your own by just using sugar and scrub your lips or you can research different ones and purchase. A regular chapstick would work fine as well.

lisathewes @mellyellyOh OK SO SCRUB WITH SUGAR LIKE WHAT PUT SOME SUGAR MAYBE ON TOOTH BRUSH WITH A LITTLE WATER AND SCRUB LIPS THEN WIPE THEM OFF AND PUT REGULAR CHAPSTICK ON AS A BASE COAT AND WHAT DOES THIS DO FOR THE LIQUID LIPSTICK
