tittiesntofu hi i was wondering what's wrong with the order i sent to you? you opened up a case stating i the items weren't described, yet i added in everything i pictured, plus a freebie as well.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu yes, the post said everything was unused but there was less than a third of product left in the 111skin container and the part underneath the lid had old product buildup caked on and completely covered in crusty, discolored old pieces of the serum, and there was maybe only 20% left in the jar, if that.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu the highlighter was only about 3/4ths full and the Murad bottle was completely broken and had old crusted serum on the nozzle, but your post states that “Everything is full sized and unused” and yes, they’re full sized but they’re definitely all used and in the case of the Murad container, used and broken.

amandalyn42 I have a screenshot of the post stating they’re unused as well and I took pictures of the products and added them to the complaint, clearly showing a lot of the product is gone, there’s old product buildup under the lids/on the nozzle, and the murad bottle is completely broken but there’s no mention of that in your post

tittiesntofu @amandalyn42 that's odd because I certainly haven't used any of those products and I sent them in the exact condition as they are pictured. Don't know how or why the packages are suddenly broken and 1/3 of the way used. lol take care.

I was so looking forward to getting this order, too, because I have been searching for a brand new, unused 111skin Cryo Activating Hydra Cream for a very long time and when I came across your listing, I was so excited I finally found one since it’s a $200 product, hence the amount of time I spent looking for a cheaper brand-new one on Poshmark.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu And I’m not sure why you decided to message me on my page of one of the products I’m selling instead of directly in the discrepancy report where we’re supposed to be talking about the complaint…..but I guess it gives me unlimited amounts of comments instead of a limited few that the complaint reports allow.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu But yeah, how weird. I don’t know how that could have happened either if you’re selling a product and labeling it as brand new but upon being received by the customer, they find out that’s simply not the case when they can see dried, crusted-over residue on the nozzle and underneath the cap, and caked around the sides underneath the lid.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu Not only that, but they can see that two of the products clearly have, respectively, 3/4ths and 1/4th of the product missing as shown in the pictures I provided. Or in the case of the broken Murad bottle, where the top part you press down on to dispense the product is missing (a piece that is supposed to be connected to the bottle always, it’s not meant to be detached, by then it’s broken).

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu On top of that, there’s also dry, crusted old residue stuck to the nozzle of that product as well. I showed all of this in the pictures I attached to the discrepancy.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu But what is mind boggling to me is that you were under the impression that not all of them were brand new/unused, and that you weren’t aware that one of them was obviously defective and without the cap/button that dispenses the product. It’s especially mind boggling when 1 of items is a clear bottle that is very easy to immediately notice that 1/4 of the product is gone.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu Additionally, the cap top to the murad bottle wasn’t even in the bag—which I checked thoroughly just to be absolutely positive it didn’t pop off in transit and end up at the bottom of the bag. However, It’s missing completely.

amandalyn42 @tittiesntofu And to add as a side note (just in case this part weren’t already obvious and I’m accused of being untruthful or anything similar) Its impossible for someone to have faked what I’ve shown in the pictures, as there wouldn’t have been enough time for the product to be dried and crusty around the container and inside the lid if I made the discrepancy right after the order was delivered…..

It happens. No worries! But I’ll return it in the mail tomorrow, unfortunately the mailman/woman already came by early this morning 🫤
