7th Avenue New York & Company blouse Size Small

This gorgeous blouse is a size small and comes from 7th Ave., New York and Company design studio. The colors are multiple shades of red. There’s a deep teal on a sheer black fabric material. It’s got some metallic going down through it as a very fine stripe but just used as accent it has a Loose ruffle around the collar and the top has a shoe string tie. I’m closing the front chest area. The sleeves are long they are loose fitting and they have absolutely no elastic in them at all. The hem of this blouse has elastic in it, but it is a loose. From armpit to armpit this blouse measures 20 inches from shoulder to hem it is approximately 24 inches and the sleeves are 23 inches in length.
