From plus size specialty boutique ON THE PLUS SIDE formerly Making It Big. This is a nwt 7x cotton blend tunic tank that has adjustable straps. Hip width laid flat is about 34” and length is nearly the same depending on how much you tighten the straps. 90% cotton 10 % spandex. Picked this up a few years ago on a whim but soon after had a panniculectomy so now the length is a bit too long for my needs.
