8 Designer Cocoon Dress Handmade Polkadot Lace

This Navy blue dress features a cocoon shape and black lace over a solid navy blue dress. The black lace is a handmade design of lace circles in various sizes. The detail is absolutely stunning. I've worn this dress a handful of times. It is a Spring 2019 design and in excellent used condition. The dress also has convenient side pockets.
