This is an ECI New York Dress. It is a white color with a purple/blue floral pattern on it. Outer shell is a sheer material with an inner lining. Measures 15 inches from armpit to armpit (but it has elastic right under the bust, so it stretches), and it is about 27 inches from armpit to bottom hem. Good used condition.
