80s 90s Eureka Blue Cocktail Dress

Midi length blue dress with faux wrap with decorative button detail and a ruffle on the side with side slit. No fabric tag, but polyester with a silky feel. Lined. Some small snags (pictured) not noticeable when wearing due to the sheen of the fabric.
