80s 90s Royal Park Red Plaid Tartan Pleated School Girl Uniform Skirt Size 8

Preowned vintage in excellent condition. No holes, snags, or stains. The tags does not say the size but I estimate an 8-10. The waist is 30" around, 36" hips, and is 21" long. For reference I have a 26" waist, 37" hips, and it fit well but was loose around the waist. Zips in the back. Fabric does NOT stretch. This is a well made skirt with a good quality feel.
