80’s Alison Peters blue wrap dress

Vintage 80’s dress with beautiful blue color and pearl button accents. Has loops still intact for waist belt. Some small staining as seen in pictures. Dress is otherwise in good condition, without any holes or rips. Size is unmarked, measurements are: Bust (arm pit to arm pit) = 19.5 inches Length = 42 inches Waist ( from belt loop to belt loop) = 20 inches
