Vintage 80s Black Floral Retro Dress by Hearts This great dress has a very nice shape with draped material at side hip (like a sarong). Shoulders are padded - pads could easily be removed. 100% rayon - dry clean only. Thin, non-stretchy. Made in USA. Dress zips up the back.
