80s Blue and White Stripped Drss

This dress has no makers tag. It does have a tag that says it is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton and is a size 10. I would say it would be a size 8 in todays size. This dress is in amazing shape. It comes with the original belt and has shoulder pads, one shoulder pad is sewn in, and the other is put in with a safety pin. If you would like the shoulder pads removed, please let me know, and I will remove them and add them to the package in case you would like them added in the future. If you would like the shoulder pad that is in with a safety pin sewn in, please let me know as well. My mother is a seamstress and will sew it in. The shipping time will be longer if you would like it sewn in.
