80’s Byer Too Black & White Floral Peplum Dress

This is a vintage 80’s peplum waist dress in black with white floral, it has a bow that ties around the waist, and it has very light padding in the shoulders, it is in a size 9 BUT IT IS VINTAGE size may run bigger or smaller so please look at all measurements provided. This is a 30+ year old dress so there are little pulls in some places but other then that this dress is in great vintage condition, made of 100% rayon and is dry clean only. Gives off lady is a vamp vibes witchy vibes.
