80's Does 50's Handmade Black and White Paisley Print Dress - 38-32-40

Really cute, wearable dress. White with black paisley print, fabric is marked "Marcus Bros. Textiles Inc. Center back nylon Robin zip, 50's fit & flare style, 3/4 sleeves with slight puff (stiff interfacing to make stand up). There is a very small ink spot on bodice (looks like part of pattern) and a couple of small smudges on the v-neck front (not noticeable). There are also belt loops, but no belt. No size label, use measurements for best fit. Measurements (taken flat and doubled): Bust: 38 Waist: 32: Hip: 40" Length (shoulder to hem): 42" Skirt Length (waist to hem): 26" Shoulder to Shoulder (across yoke): 15" Please see all photos and feel free to ask questions.
