80s Dress Vintage Shelby & Palmer Size 10

Cute colorful little 80s dress made by Shelby & Palmer with the original tag. This dress is a ladies size 10 and has a boat neck, an elastic waistband and ruffle cap sleeves. It has a beautiful bright primary color floral pattern on a clean white background that is classic 80s. This dress has a button closure on the back which is slightly frayed on the loop as shown. A tiny loose thread under the arm but no other imperfections on this one. Does have loops on each side for a belt. The material is 100% polyester and the measurements were taken lying flat. Length 39”, Waist 13” stretches to 20”, Bust 20”, Hips 22”, Boatneck 13”
