80s Europrep Blue Skirt--so comfortable!

This skirt has a pencil skirt shape but feels like a comfy T-shirt! Vintage Europrep brand skirt with stretchy waistband and cute button detail on the back. Comfortable enough to be work from home in, but the shape makes it suited for the office as well! Tag size L, could work for M-L Good used condition 100% cotton, bright blue color Laid flat, waist band is 13.5 inches across and stretches to 17 inches. Skirt is 20 inches long from top of waist band to bottom of skirt.
