Vintage 80s Worthington Essentials floral high-waisted pleated skirt. Love the vibrant colors in this one - teal, pink and yellow. Polyester and rayon is super comfy, but slightly see-through (unlined). Nice lightweight material for Summer. Elastic in back of skirt (still bounces back, not cracking). Tagged size 12 fits smaller like a M, modeled on a S/M 29" waist 5'5".
