80's Green Scarf Tie Blouse

Vintage Blouse from the 1980's Kelly Green Color Detail on front and sleeves Ties into a bow. Does have Slight snag on the Right side and the reverse side of material to Tie the bow has a discoloration stain. Neither of these stopped me from wearing it. Just can't fit anymore.
