Vintage 80s Black Floral Retro Dress by Rothschild San Francisco - Made in USA This great dress has a very nice shape with with the skirt having a bit of flounce. Shoulders are padded - pads could easily be removed. Dress buttons to waist and has elastic at waist. 68% arnel triacetate, 32% polyester - machine wash cool. Thin, non-stretchy. Matching belt. Vintage size 8 - See measurements: 36-38" bust (measures 19" across underarm to underarm), 26-30" waist, 40" hips, 16" shoulders, 46" long. Mannequin is 5'8" XS - may fit XS or S. Condition is good, no flaws.
