80s Neutral Dress

From my Mom's personal '80s collection... Vintage semi-sheer brown and black print dress with matching belt! Sinches in the waist which has elastic. Brand is ifi, 100% polyester. Marked a size 12 and fits like a large/XL modeled on a small/M. 3/4 length poof sleeves button at the cuff. Slight shoulder pads actually give this a nice shape - I would leave them in myself. Waist 27" laying flat, stretches to 32" Length of skirt 27" Sleeves are 6.5" long from pit to cuff Width 19" from pit to pit
