80s Original The Austin Collection Zuni Hopi Navaho Full Length Southwest Maxi Kachina Coat OOAK Artist Created Wearable Art Custom Designed American Tribal Warrior Woman One of a kind custom designed coat, inspired by Zuni Hopi and Navajo designs and inspired by the Kachinas of the Southwestern American tribes, this amazing artist created coat was a custom made design sold through The Austin Collection which was a high-end boutique which operated during the 80s. The coat's understated black quilted channel stitched double-breasted form is boldly offset by colorful inset tapestries, trims and mola quilting on the shoulders, sleeves and reverse of the coat. This coat conveys, "Warrior Woman." Made of 100% cotton, the coat is tagged a size Medium but it will fit a size Large (use measurements as your guide to fit.) The coat is in excellent condition with minor signs of wear, and it's original owner was a former judge of The Miss Texas pageants during the 80s. Measurements - Underarms: 23" Does not have regular shoulder seams Waist and Hips - full Length: 54.5" If you want something totally unique and one-of-a-kind, then this amazing vintage coat is for you.
