80s Paisley Blouse Vintage Secretary Puff Shoulder

Silky blouse in gorgeous paisley pattern. Puff shoulder with delicate pleating on both feminine rounded lapel and shoulder. Purple base with paisley pattern in aqua, teal, orange/gold, red and black.
