80s Phoebe Botanical Floral Ruffled Skirt Dress

Phoebe Petites Floral Dress 80's does 40's dancing special occasion dress. Generous blouson shape through the surplice neckline gathers to a tight waist that blouses out again in two tiers with a layered kerchief style skirt. Great for twirling on the dance floor. Tall, generous shoulder pads makes for a dramatic power shoulder shape (see second and following picture) that are easy to snip out.
