80s VTG CACHET BARI PROTAS 90s Flare & Fit Mini Dress

This is an awesome club dress ladies! I believe I recall this blousy, loose fit top with fitted sleeves and fitted hips from the 1990s. I can’t find a size or fabric content tag, just the brand. It’s a poly/rayon blend, I think. Sheer V panels on front and back with sheer panels down both sleeves. Shoulder pads are original, too.
