Vintage 80s velvet trim blouse! This is so cool - plastic pearl-esque buttons, velvet collar and cuffs on a textured black and tan material. By Dawn Joy Fashions. Tagged a size 4, but fits like a M/L modeled on a S/M 34B 5'5". Fits me well, especially with the tie back that can cinch it in a bit at waist. Polyester, rayon, and acetate. Did well in a cold wash + air dry.
