'80s Vintage Express High-waisted maxi Skirt

The fabric is really interesting. I hesitate to call it satin because its much more sturdy/structured than satin, but it has a distinctive, elegant sheen. Stretchy! Wide waist band. Drawstring (mostly for detail) waist. Two deep hip pockets & one zippered thigh pocket -- did the designer predict cell phones? I love this skirt, and so will you.
