I've seen similar items listed for three times as much. 80s Edgy Vintage Black Leather Tie Halter Top with fringe. The fringe has two layers and is in excellent condition. There are three clusters of black feathers each with a brown wooden bead as adornments. Jagged edge hem. Incredible festival piece. Gently used in excellent Condition. Tag says "M" but can be worn by Small or Medium. The ties are long enough that you can adjust between the two sizes. Measurements: 21" across with 10" leather ties on each side for a full circumference of 41" 11 -12 long. Some of the pictures show a red sheen on the front. That is just the reflection and lighting . The leather is supple and in excellent, undamaged condition. Please look at the last few pictures where I show the leather up close. No stains, tears, rips, pulls or damage.
