80's Vintage XS Hot Pink Polka dot Long skirt by Perspective with Pockets. Elastic Waist. Fun Comfy. Lightly faded from wear. I bought this in the 90's and I've worn it a lot. I hate to part with it but it's been too small for me for a while now. Measurements laid flat in inches: Waist 12 / Hip 20 / Length 37. I measure the Hip 8 inches down from the waist. Always refer to measurements over tag size. Pre-owned items are subject to shrinking or stretching.
