80s Vintage Long Dress Floral

This 80s floral vintage dress has a little bit of magic, but it does not have any tag beyond a tiny one that says "S" to indicate the size. Due to this, I feel pretty confident that this is the base part of a 2 piece set which must have been long ago tragically separated. That being said, I still think this dress has merit on its own and tons of potential if paired with a beautiful belt! Although it says "S", I'd consider this a modern S/M. It's a little bit less opaque at the top but undergarments don't show through it in normal daylight.
