80s Vintage Yellow Rose Drop Waist Bat Wing Dress

Top has tie drop waist, shoulder pads, and buttons. Swirls with yellow roses. Bat wing sleeves. Super roomy. Skirt elastic is good. Graduated cut. Size tag missing. Blouse Under arm flares out, so I have measured the largest area under the arm about 32" side to side flat. The smallest at bottom about 23". Shoulder to bottom hem about 35 1/2". Skirt Flat waist side to side about 16" Top to bottom hem about 28" We are a smoke-free and pet friendly home. Items are cleaned as needed and stored in plastic away from pets until they are shipped.
