80s Vintage red silk mini dress

80’s look and print. Bought this in vintage shop in London but have not worn it. No brand or material tag (possibly handmade?) - I’m 5’7” size 6 US and it fits me. See photos for measurements. Seam open in one of the armpits but is repairable. No stains.
