80’s Vintage skater schoolgirl skirt

Super rad vintage schoolgirl skirt from the 80’s. Wrap style, fold over with button closure - perfect for skate boarding. Tag reads size 7 but that’s vintage sizing.. this is a new world size small (2/4), waist measures 13” flat when buttoned. Length is 18.5”. In excellent condition (aside from wrinkles/lint from storage).
