Brand: W.L.B.W My best guess is this is vintage 80’s. Material- It is a black wool jacket that is a soft wool not scratchy. Condition- It is in great condition no rips, holes or blemishes. Size- It is a size 8p it fits like a medium. The following measurements are approx: Bust- armpit to armpit measures 18” straight across while laying flat.
