80s does 40s Floral Dress

Super cute tea-length dress from Dress Barn. I love it, but it’s too small. Great for a 40s or 80s outfit. Buttons are in groups of three all the way down. Last photo shows the color most accurately. The tag says dry clean only but I think it would be fine washed in cold water. Measurements lying flat: Bust: 20 in. Waist: 15 Length of skirt, from waist to hem: 33
