80s dress 🌹

Vintage 1980s dress by Scarlett. This dress is stunning, photos don't do it justice! Black cotton mid calf to ankle length dress with red roses flower pattern, 3/4 sleeves, white lace applique around the neckline, drop waist with attached tie belt, shoulder pads, and pearlescent button up front. Size 7/8, measures 19 inches across the chest & 18 inches across the drop waist. I'm 5'4" and it's ankle length on me. It's in excellent vintage condition.
