80s drop waist shimmering dress

This is a Vintage T & F Cocktail Dress in Size 14, black skirt with black & silver and gold top & sleeves. It literally shimmers! The top is fully lined, sleeves are sheer, there are chunky shoulder pads, a left sided zipper, one button at the back at top, and it is draped mid way down with an embellishment gathered on the left side and ties that flow halfway down that side. It is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, stains, repairs ~ it is immaculate, and can be hand washed and drip dried. Poly/Acetate. The tag says that this is a 14, but it is a "vintage" 14 from the 80s. I have listed this as a modern day 12.
