80s strapless tiered dress with cropped jacket blue 5/6

Totally 80s! needs some light repair on the bow snap on back. Dress has smocked back, has some elasticity still, but is a little stretched. Really cute. Dress is a 80s turquoise color. Looks like it would of been a Contempo Casuals buy!
