80s suede fringe skirt from Outerwear by Phoenix, black pig split, fits like 4

Vintage 1980s suede fringe skirt, black with ruched belly, asymmetrical fringe and left side split. Genuine pig split suede with polyester lining. Professional leather cleaning only. Very good vintage condition. It’s labeled size 9/10 but fits more like a modern size 4 (see below). Approximate measurements lying flat: Waist: 13” Hips: 18” Length: 32”
