Vintage 1980s button-down calf-length dress by Special Effects in a vibrant tropical floral print in shades of pink, purple, blue and orange. It features a round neck, pleated bust, shoulder pads, and gold metallic flower buttons down the front. It’s 100% rayon and machine washable. Very good vintage condition. Size 16.
