80’s vintage brown Houndstooth print skirt : size 10

Super cool classic & comfy houndstooth skirt. It’s really cute to dress up or down. •vintage late 80’s •made in USA •elastic waistband •belt loops No fabric tag but it’s a lightweight blend. Measurements laying flat 13” across waist has a lot of stretch. Isn’t a “tight” elastic.
