dooganator @clothhoarder333 hi! It is 13.5” in the bust and the smallest part of the waist. The hip area is 15.5”, but open (although it is partially drop waist). I always wore it a little higher because my torso is short. I have a photo of me in it if you’d like to see what I mean.
