80s vintage sz 12 rayon skirt

fun retro tropical print 80s skirt, with ILGWU tag! 100% rayon. vintage size 12, so considerably smaller than modern 12. (I'd wear it, but it's very small in the waist for me.) measurements in photos. thank you for looking!
