Typical 80’s drop waist dress. Breezy white cotton gauze with blue welting trim. Has a matching double belt. One white, one blue. Although it’s marked extra small it’s pretty large and roomy. Excellent condition except for two rust type spots: on the front shoulder and one on front skirt; not very noticeable in the gathers.
