80s/90s Teal Maggy London by Jeannene Booher Dress

Has buttons down the left side that stop at the waist and buttons on the cuffs. Comes w/ matching belt although I think this belt may not be the original. Belt has a hook and bar closure to keep the end in place. ~Measurements~ Bust: 40” roughly Waist: 35” Cuff: 9” Outseam: 24” Flaws: Matching belt has some light discoloration. Check photo. The elastic in the waistband has been stretched out to max and no longer gathers itself tight. Size “8” M/L Fabric: 100% silk
