8.5 Steve Madden black slouchy skirt boots flats with functional straps retro

I bought these boots for a costume and wore them just a handful of times after that, as you can tell from the sole. They are Steve Madden brand in size 8 1/2. Black leather outer. They are great for wearing with skirts. There are a couple of minor cracks inside one of the boots, as shown in the photo at the end.
